Well another day has passed. I put in a third application to Baptist as a desk clerk in Radiology at night from 11-7. Around the 5th of January I am going to go over to TSUM and see if I can late register and go ahead and start working on my basics and get them out of the way. *prays*

Before I continue with this post let me just say, THANK YOU SIS FOR THE PICTURES, YAY FOR PICTURES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to be sleep getting ready to leave for work right now. I am sick of sitting on my ass doing nothing! I want a job, I also want to be a nurse. I watch Trauma: Life in the E.R. and I want to be up at the hospital helping people right now. I think it is the best job in the world to be there the minute someone comes in hurt badly and you have what it takes and know what to do to try to give this person a second chance at life. Everyone deserves a chance. Tonights episode was SO cool, they had to put metal plates in a guys neck, front and back. It was so cool, seeing the X-rays and stuff when they were done. What sucked for me was that they would not do an over head shot of the guys throat, while they were in the front of the guys neck, mans name was Jay, they had his trachea and everything pulled aside and you could SEE his spine! What makes me angry is they would not show that when the other night they had to crack a chest and you say the guys heart pumping and everything! Oh well, the guy Jay fell through a second floor window at his house. The sad part, and I think the hardest part of anything in the medical field, especially Trauma was telling the family that from Jays mid chest down he could not feel or move anything. He still had his arms, but there is about a 95% chance he would/will never walk again. Sad, but I want to work in that environment. I want that challenge, and God willing, I will be able to do it.

post later....
